About Me

Brooke Daniels is a geriatric care manager serving clients in the Denver area. She has worked with seniors for the last 10 years in private care, Assisted Living, and care management. She has grown a special interest in assisting clients and their families with issues related to memory loss. Brooke aspires to continue her professional growth by enhancing support and care to clients, families, and caregivers affected by all types of dementia.

Brooke is a caring individual who is passionate and eager to help her clients and their families find the silver lining during times of misgivings. She believes in a person-centered approach when creating her client's care plans. This enables her to ensure and promote their quality of life while advocating and serving as a liaison for the family.
